PROLEARN is organizing a workshop on future trends in professional learning in co-operation with the PROLEARN Industrial Advisory Board (lead by Volker Zimmermann, imc). The workshop will take place at the LMC congress in Munich on October 10 in the afternoon.
The programme includes three presentations from PROLEARN researchers on the various identified trends so far, ranging from an industrial perspective via market trends to future professional learning scenarios. Presenters will be from HEC, Fraunhofer IAO, Open Univ. Netherlands and NCSR Democritos.
In addition, the workshop includes a number of presentations from leading companies successfully supporting or employing professional learning like Ericsson and VW Coaching. These presentations outline the companies perception of future trends in professional education.

The workshop concludes with a thorough discussion of the presented results, thus providing the participants with a deep insight into the future of professional learning.
