International Workshop on Web-based Learning20. 11. 2005 in conjunction with THE 2005 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE November 20 - 22, 2005 Recent advances in Web technologies have rapidly changed our life in various ways. Especially the Web has had many positive effects on education. It overcomes time and space limitations in traditional schools. Teachers and students are now using the Web to access vast amount of information and resources in the cyberspace. The Web also provides educators to implement a range of new teaching and learning practices, which redefine classroom-learning experiences. The aim of this session is to invite researchers from various fields to present and discuss their ideas on Web-based learning.
